Shortly after Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan celebrated the birth of their baby boy, Rahul Tewatia, the star all-rounder for the Gujarat Titans, and his wife Ridhi Pannu, have welcomed a baby girl into their lives.

On Tuesday, September 5, Tewatia took to social media to joyfully announce the arrival of their first child. The 30-year-old cricketer had tied the knot with Ridhi on November 29, 2021. Sharing a heartwarming photo of their newborn on Instagram, Rahul wrote, “Today, we went from two to three. She’s here! She’s here today. Beautiful and Sweet.”

Many Indian cricket stars, including Yuzvendra Chahal, Rishabh Pant, Axar Patel, and others, chimed in with their congratulations and best wishes for the couple as they embrace the journey of parenthood.

Rahul Tewatia rose to prominence during IPL 2020 when he played a pivotal role as a finisher for the Rajasthan Royals, achieving considerable success. The left-handed all-rounder even earned his maiden call-up to the Indian national team in 2021 for a T20I series against England, although he didn’t make his debut. However, the 2023 IPL season presented some challenges for Rahul, as he managed to score only 87 runs in 17 games and bowled just two overs throughout the season.
