Kyle Mayers Finally Opened Up On Banter With Virat Kohli During IPL: One of the most talked about incidents of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 was the ugly spat between Royal Challengers Bangalore’s Virat Kohli and Lucknow Super Giants members, particularly mentor Gautam Gambhir and pacer Naveen-ul-Haq. Things went completely off-bounds between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir during the game.

What exactly did go down between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir?

Kohli and Naveen came face-to-face with each other during the match and after the game as well. Former Indian cricketer Gautam intervened and had an ugly spat with Virat.

Throughout the game, Kohli could be seen being quite animated whenever an LSG batter was getting dismissed during the chase. After the game, when Kohli and Gambhir shook hands, things looked pretty normal. Then, LSG opener Kyle Mayers walked up to Kohli and started saying something to the RCB great.
And this is when Gambhir came and took Mayers away. A little while after the incident, visuals from the game showed Gambhir being quite animated and saying something to Virat.
